Breaking Down the Land Acquisition – What TLC Needs

After our return to Swaziland, we met with our Swazi advisors and lawyers regarding a previously proposed piece of land. We were informed that the resolution of the legal dispute could take from 6 months to 10 years based on similar cases litigated in Swaziland.
In light of that information, we started looking at other options. Here’s the door that God has opened!
We can purchase 11 hectares (25 acres) to build the TLC Miracle Campus.
We need your help to raise $157,000 in the next 17 days. The buyer is offering this 10% discounted price, a savings of $18,000, if the money is received by Feb. 28th.
Ready for immediate occupancy, the farmland is located conveniently on a main road 15 minutes south of the city of Manzini, where TLC currently has rented headquarters.
Frans Pienaar, Chairman of the Swaziland Luke Commission board of directors, said, “This piece of property is in the center of the country, accessible to all major roads. It’s in a prime development area, prime agricultural land with good soil and plenty of water.”
The property has no legal issues and is “financially very viable,” Pienaar continued. “TLC can save lots of costs by acting quickly. The purchase price is a fraction of what it’s worth.”
God has already moved partners to give building supplies and materials. This week, one group offered to construct two large warehouses on the new Miracle Campus immediately!
Before this marvelous opportunity, $250,000 was given to erect buildings on the Miracle Campus, for which we are grateful.
Your commitment will position TLC to continue saving lives long into the future.
